spread CINNAMON on your food you eat daily; dr. oz says it will lower your high blood pressure. yes, i've read of many folks with this problem; don't know about the heart issue also, but high BP yes. BettyG, IOWA ACTIVIST

I have found many people who are struggling with similar issues banding together to help each other.
