MDJunction to me

grandmasylvia"MDJ has been "a soft place to fall" for me as Dr Phil says. I have this very painful rare disease Dercum's Disease and take comfort in finding others here who share their knowledge and compassion. Many
members have helped me just by understanding my anguish and validating
my pain. We are working together to encourage research toward a cure.

I'm SO sorry! I've suffered with tinnitus since Aug. '09. This was the first symptom of my Lyme and thankfully my PCP picked up on it.

I'm hoping with all my heart you will be feeling better soon and the tinnitus will just be a memory in months to come.

I've had constant ear ringing since the end of last year. I really, really, really understand what you are going through. I just got done having a good cry on my boyfriend's shoulder because I'm so darn tired of the ear pain/ringing. Have you found anything that helps? I really haven't...

This is TERRIBLE...I had it for about 5 months really bad. It sounded like my brain was frying...buzzing and periodic ringing.. My LLMD thinks I probaly had meningitis in the beginning.

I am about 8 months in treatment and it is much, much better now. I don't really notice it to much until it's time to go to bed....When it's really quiet. Sometimes I get ringing for a little bit here and there.

Hopefully it clears up for you guys soon!!

yes, i've had this at least 30-35 yrs. but last 15 have been bad. it comes/goes.

dr. oz even had something on this in the last 2-3 days; perhaps something might still be there on his website..don't know & i can't remember all he said.

this info below is from my good friend with 24.7 for 20 yrs. she is so bad, she works on pc IN HER CLOSET to stay away from as much noise as possible.

she has to whisper on phone; voices too loud ...
