What worked for me:

Homeopathic anti-inflammatory: "arnica montana".

Supplement: Black Currant Seed Oil, Good Belly Probiotic Drink

Diet: "The GAPS Diet" (based on homemade broths and natural probiotic foods), salmon, tuna, 'no foods from the nightshade family', no sugars, no gluten/wheat, no dairy, fresh ginger tea, mint tea.

Exercise: Yoga & Pilates. (I use "More Simply Pilates by Jennifer Pohlman"). Results were miraculous as far as stiffness & soreness.

Smile
