Hello MD Junction Friends,

I'm finally back!!! We got home late Saturday night and our internet was down. I was bummed about that. We just got it up and running a few minutes ago and here I am.

I was at North Myrtle Beach for two solid weeks with my family and my husband's sister's family and a few friends. It was amazing. I had the best vacation in ten years!!!! I even have a tan for the first time in ten years. I thought I was just sun damaged and couldn't tan anymore. I used to just get red and blotchy. Looking back, it was all because of Lyme and company. My sister in law thought I didn't tan because I was health conscious. No way....I'm a sun lover.

Anyway, we ate, drank and were very merry. I had an amazing amount of energy and tolerance for all kinds of foolishness. I even stayed up til 3 in the morning one night!!! AND I still felt great the next day....amazing!!

I jogged on the beach, too. One morning , I ran 7 miles!!!! I am in awe. Last year, I was in bed no later than 10pm and there was absolutely no exercising and no tan...ha.

Also, I took advantage of my high tech family members and had them upload my picture. I really need to update my technology skills.

Anyway, I won't bore you all with anymore of the details.

Please know that I will be returning all of my messages this week and catching up on all the 'action', too.

Warm regards to all,

Connie

Please do not take anything I say as medical advice. I am not a doctor.

Open your mind to the possibilities available to you.

An attitude of gratitude is good 'medicine,' too.

Yeah Connie's back!!

It is nice to see a picture of you. I hope to met you in person the next time you come to the clinic. I'm so happy you had a great time on your vacation. I can't believe you ran 7 milles! My goal when I get well is to run the peachtree road race which is a 10k. You are my inspiration.

Take care, Denise

Denise
