MDJunction to me

ThereseML"When I first came to MDJ, I was in need of peer support in dealing with issues of my childhood abuse. I was moving away from the painful issues and trying to find an uplifting group of people to help me transition to a thriver in my life. I found that here. I also found a group of peers with Fibromyalgia and found the same uplifting experience there. My computer crashed and it was a while before I found my way back, this time with issues related to Parkinson's Disease. I had tried a few other support sites before reminding myself of MDJ. On those, I never got a reply. I finally found my way back here and again found very supportive, caring and inspiring people who made me feel like I was 'back home'. Indeed I am." (ThereseML)

Hello just another question after a visit with my rheumy doc. I am being watched for my fibro and my ana. Well he said yesterday that my foot didnt look like

typical reynauds to him as once thought, it looked more like a disorder called RSD, or reflex something?? dystrophy. Also called Sudeks I believe. Uggg was all I could say, could this be

related to lyme? and he just isnt buying that I even need antibiotics. DISCOURAGINGSad I just feel like every time I go something new is brought up and was wondering if anyone ever heard of being told that with lyme.

you need to get to a llmd; what state do you live in?

please post in LLMD REQUEST FORUM, found on the main page at the VERY BOTTOM of all forums.

show the largest/closest cities for you and STATE in subject line.

if you are UNDER 21; show your age in subject line too.

yes, i've had friends with both rsd/lyme; not fun!

i'd also stop seeing this rheumy; also mention a rheumy when we post in LLMD REQUEST FORUM. i'll see if we have any LYME FRIENDLY/LITERATE rheumys too. Smile
