You can also take zinc lozenges....and oral Nystatin - swish it around to cover it all.. I used to get an RX for zinc lozenges - but IDK if they do that anymore...that was many years ago...I do know you can get them at a health food store usually... [b]Group Leader Disclaimer[/b]
