How can you distinguish if the symptoms are from toxins or the buggers when herxing?

When my doctor asked for symptoms, I feel I have at least 70?

The symptoms are probably from both die-off and active bugs. My symptoms got a little worse before they got better. Now, I am recovered. It took about 6 months to feel a SIGNIFICANT change for the better.

Is your doctor advising you regarding detox?

Peace,

Connie

Please do not take anything I say as medical advice. I am not a doctor.

Open your mind to the possibilities available to you.

An attitude of gratitude is good 'medicine,' too.

I am scheduled to see a naturopath this month. In the meantime, I have been drinking lemon water, eating leafy greens, probitics, b vit, omegas and garlic. Trying to raise PH level as it was low on my blood work.

thank you so much for corresponding.
