Hi Guys,

Lyme and Yeast can be so closely related! Have a urine and stool sample test done, blood too, for the yeasties. Samento, Garlic, Water, Good diet. It all helps!

Yes - good advice. They say that Lyme and Yeast like the same things - sugar is bad, bad, bad!

Since taking an over-the-counter Probiotic (Florastor 250 mg. which contain live free dried saccharomyces boulardii) -- I have not, as of yet, experienced all the thrush (yeast) in my mouth that I normally had when on antibiotics. Further, I have not experienced all the diarrehea/loose bowels -- I use to have when taking antibiotics. (As far, based on taking antibiotics for several weeks.)

Although I would highly recommend trying the natural remedies mentioned above first, my Dr. put me on Fluconazole every other day to prevent too much yeast. I've been taking double doses of 2 antibiotics for a week and a half and so far so good, no yeast.
