MDJunction to me

"MDJunction to me is a life saver... when i first was diagnosed with Scheuermann's Disease i wrote a message to a page i found on google, hoping that they could help me.... you'd never know it but that weird feeling (you know that one where it feels like someone actually cares) came over me when i opened my email next day to find that someone on the other side of the world (at the American Medical Library)had read my message while i was sleeping, and there low and behold was the address to MDJunction.... well it is everything to me, i live it breathe it and love it!!!!! I have found many people who are struggling with similar issues banding together to help each other. It is the best place in the world, and i couldn't think of another place to go to meet so many lovely people....

thanks MDJunction

I'm looking for a handy, portable container to store all my pills in. I've come across some at Walgreens, CVS and other drugstores however they only hold a few pills in each.

Does anyone know where I can find the cylinder type bottles that screw on top of each container?

I'm tired of lugging a huge bag of pills everywhere I go!

Thanks,

Tracey

I found I like some of the little containers that's around some of the travel bathroom containers. At wal-mart I've found them around the travel soaps and things but the one I use is a plastic container about the size of a small baby food jar and has a plastic lid. I've also in the past used contact lens cases.

I just remembered too when my friend started taking chemo pills all the time she got an organizer kit where there's a separate container for each day of the week that had sections for times of day. I've also seen these at Wal-mart.

Thanks Jessica. I've tried the ones for different days of the week but they pop open in my purse and then I can't tell some pills from others due to their looking the same. The one you mention similar to a baby food jar, do they screw on top of each other and sit in a cylinder type fashion?

Thanks!

They don't screw together but they do at least have a lid that screws on. You could always try finding some of the less expensive makeup containers that screw together and just washing them out.
