I have not been on here for a while, not feeling too well. I'll survive though... Lot of weird things going on with my health. Did anybody out there catch Dr. Rosenfeld's Sunday House Call on Fox News yesterday, (Sunday's Show). Apparantely, last week's show had a big segment on Lyme Disease. Somebody e-mailed him to correct some info that he said that was incorrectly stated on last week's show. I don't exactly remember what it was all about other than he admitted that he had stated something incorrectly yesterday. Also, in a way, he admitted that Lyme Disease is also transmitted by mosquitos, because he didn't question the correction he made about the situation going on with Lyme Disease.

I am not able to watch the video of the show because I have dial up. Just thought this would be food for thought for those that can see what he talked about on the show last week and on yesterday on the video for it. Also, Andy, the producer for the "Under Our Skin" documentary, was interviewed by the Washington Post just recently. Good Article!! I thought I would share this with anybody that would want to look up what was said in the article. We keep getting more and more press time for Lyme Disease. What a miracle!! The more we can talk about what we are going through the better off we will all be down the road. Hope all is well with everyone out there in Lyme World. Sorry to those that I have not responded back to yet, I will in the next couple of days.

One more tidbit, Does anybody like Country Music? Has anyone watched the new Nashville Star show? It is on tonight on NBC at 8:00 Minnesota time. The reason that I am bringing this up is that there is a very talented musician and singer that is from my home town, Lancaster, MN, and she is in the top 10 for tonight's show. Her name is Ashlee Hewitt. Take a listen to her, last week she sang Johnny Cash's "Ring of Fire", and she was the only one to get a standing ovation!! I guess I could say I am putting in a plug for her for everyone that likes Country Music, to listen to her and maybe vote for my Hometown Celebrity. Talk to y'all later, Luvdtoteeup.

Thanks for all the great info on recent press coverage. We're making progress. I was at the pool today (my kids are on a swim team for a local country cllub) and a group of ladies called me over to say how excited THEY were to see the article in Reader's Digest!! Of course, they know my struggle and I have educated them about proper removal of ticks, what to do , etc. I don't push myself on people....don't get me wrong. But, it does have a way of 'coming up' in the conversation.

AND I'm so sorry you've been feeling bad. How's your Dad?

Yes, I like country music. I really like all kinds of music. So, I will cheer for your local star My kids would probably like the show, too.

Take care of yourself and hang in there.

Please do not take anything I say as medical advice. I am not a doctor

I saw the bit on Fox, I emailed and asked them to do more, again. We'll see.

Finally getting some much needed attention.
