For those of you that know me, I finally QUIT my job from HELL... My last day is the 30th...Should have done this last year when I was so sick.

Then I'm off to Kentucky for 11 days to help Jim's mom (we have to find her a nusing home very sad). So I'm going there to help his Dad with all the details. Then home to care for my mom, so between them both they keep me very busy.

I'm going to look for a part time job when I get back, I'm not one to sit around plus I like to work...lol Sad but true...

I'm so very lucky to have a husband that has great benefits at work, his insurance rocks. However I'm a little worried about Jim at the moment he has developed a cough for the past three months (Yes he smokes). Reason I'm worried is, his sister died at 43 from cancer and his brother 8 months later with Skin cancer, Jim is going to be 45, so I'm making him go to the doctor...That will be a fight in itself making him go...

Ok, that is my story for this week.

Have a wonderful pain free week everyone

Julie

Congrats Julie! It's always good to quit a job that causes misery.....your sanity is worth something!!

I hope you enjoy a little extra time off, even though you'll be a busy caretaker .

Connie

Please do not take anything I say as medical advice. I am not a doctor.

Open your mind to the possibilities available to you.

An attitude of gratitude is good 'medicine,' too.
