Essential Oils : Nebulizer versus Diffuser ?

MamboMickPosts: 269

I want to start doing essential oils by inhalation, as opposed to application to the skin.

But there seems to be 2 different types of mechanisms to release the oils : Nebulizer and Diffuser.

The Nebulizer is much more expensive, bigger, and complex.

Can someone tell me the difference, therapy-wise, as to how they compare in penetrating your internal system ?

I have both, and I don't think there's much difference. They both disperse the essential oils into the air in the form of small particles. Either way, you're breathing in the essential oils, so unless you're looking for something that you put your face into, I don't see how there would be much difference.
