Lyme Disease Support Group

Hi, This is Phil. I have not been here for a while, but I thought I would check in today. They gave me a new antibiotic Rifampin to the other things I'm taking. If this does not help much, I will have to start IV antibiotics. It's realy nice to be on here to give and receive information but what would be even nicer is to get phone calls and home visits. Since the standard medical community for the most part, does not except long term Lyme Disease as real and since the places to go for help, when you're having an episode or a bad time are so few and far between, it would be great if some of the professional people in this group would make home visits. I am wondering how I can get to a Lyme friendly place if I am sick and don't have the confidence of the local hospital. I know if I have a vertigo attack the hospital can help me, but I'm not sure about the other stuff.

~~~Hi Phil,Mitchell here.I'm a professional..............space cadet.I come from the planet "you people"(Lymies)call Delaware from a galaxy far far away.Don't blame "my people".We didn't bring it here.I was fine until I came to this planet called Lyme.It's the strangest place.Weirdest planet in your solar system.Mayhaps the strangest in all the Milky Way Galaxy.So many strange,and some other descriptive of your words-goofy,cockeyed,cattywampus-things this Lyme creature does to our bodies,even mine,an alien to your planet.Vertigo.I shall look into your dictionary of words.Yes this must be your picture captioned philcord above this word vertigo-condition with a sensation of whirling and a tendency to lose ballance;dizziness;instability;unsteadyness;and in your colloquial tone,Wooziness.I have been identified as this Woozy.........I have felt these things here on planet Lyme.Never in all my light years of space and time travel, have I felt this, whirling through the cosmos..........Lying on my bed,necessary on this planet with its gravitational pull,I awoke one morning and found myself spinning head over heals...fast...under the cover of my sheets.How could this be?I could not move for fear,(another one of those highly manifested and magnified Lyme causative factors),that I would tumble to the bottom of my room,(if there is a bottom,a philosophical point I grasped-if there is any thing "out there"to grasp-from one of "your peoples"Books of knowledge)..............It lasted for a couple of your earth days and then faded to happening every couple of your earth weeks and declined to happening a few times a month for some months in shorter spells and then once every month for some months and then a few times a year.I tell you, I'd rather be hurling through space at warp speed than spinning under my sheets.This too shall fade.......I'm getting dizzy just thinking about it~~~~~~I gotta go~~~to my straight jacket~~~out on a limb~~~lookin like a cocoon~~~hangin by a thread~~~waitin for a butterfly~~~under the moon~~~in your solar system~~~within your galaxy~~~~~~~~~and as I am called(amongst other names),Mitchell~~~~~~~~~~~
