Hello there wildbird.Yes,I have had ringing in the ears.I have also had hissing.And also I have had a sound like a forest full of crickets.Sometimes, all times for me,the only thing that relieves me of my discomforts is time.The symptoms just run their course and then fizzle out.I just get tired of chasing my tail.And that's just the nature of this disease.Some palliatives work for some people and not for others even though the particular symptoms are the same.That also is "its " nature.I guess I'm just used to being sick, and tired of chasing after the next best "cure" just makes me sicker.I'm burnt.I've learned to be "patient" and weather each storm.I've gone through a hundred of 'em.And another hundred remedies.Maybe one day I'll just wear the lyme out.I still see my Holistic Dr., adhere to a superior diet, do homeopathy,take herbs, get good rest and sleep,meditate.I'm too weak to exercize-just getting out of bed,down the stairs and to the kitchen for tea and breakfast is a workout.I've tried every energy drink,supplement,herb,accupuncture,Healer, etc.,ad infinitum, ad nausium.Nothing does it.So I just work on the Spirit.That doesn't rid me of the Lyme and it's assaults and afflictions on my mind, body and spirit, but it does alleviate the suffering it imposes upon me.I think we are Spirits in the material.Spirits having a human experience.I won't let it break my Spirit-again, as it has done so many times before,but that just makes it stronger.Scars from wounds make us stronger...Oops.You asked a short and simple question.Where ever are my manners?Hostage to Lymie that's where.No simple answer under IT'S spell-oh well.Sorry.I'll shut up now and just slip back into my strait jacket... inside my padded cell...talk to-whatever...and wish you a "sound" sleep...Mitchell......... ~~ "The way to 'Heaven' is to bring it with you ..." -Mitchell
