I hope today is a better day for you. I've been having alot of numbness and tingling sensations in both feet. My rheumy increased the neurontin I'm on for this problem. I saw her this past Tuesday and still having problems. Can't wait until the medicine kicks in. I also use a heating pad on my feet sometimes, I just wrap it around and put the heat on high for about 10 minutes on each foot. Its seems to ease it somewhat. Maybe that would help you. I was pleasantly surprised. I have macrocytosis due to the immunosuppresant I take. This can cause anemia, hence the Foltx (B6, B12, Folic Acid supplement).

I still take a multivitamin per rheumy's request.
