Welcome to the group. This place rocks! The people here are wonderful, friendly and open to discussion and will help in any way they can. If I can help with anything, let me know. Even if you just need someone to talk to, or if you need to just rant, and let off some steam.

I'm open to pm's and always accept friends requests. Remember, don't ever give up hope. We may have lupus, but it doesn't have us! Smile

Taking it one day at a time.

Please keep us posted how you are doing. You are taking a generic NSAID for Volteran. This is an anti-inflammatory. It is NOT habit-forming. It does take several weeks to build up in your system. Where are you hurting?

Awesome! Your survived it Wink that's crazy you said don't know where your pain is coming from because I have been feeling the exact same way since last week! Pain has always been very distinctly in my joints and now it feels like its radiating all over my body from head to toes....what is this!?! If you are going crazy then I am right there with you!

That's so great you got to speak about Lupus to so many people. Awesome! I'm sorry you're feeling this level of pain all over your body. I know how frustrating it can be to not be able to lift your children. I was diagnosed when my baby was about 1 and a half, and it was heartbreaking not to be able to undo the velcro on her diaper, snap the snaps on her onesie, pick her up and hug her. It broke my heart. I'm better now, but the bad days were horrific.

Well I have been on the diclofenec for a few weeks now and havent noticed a decrease at all in my level of discomfortSad I am going to switch doctors...I feel mine rushes thru appointments and doesn't listen to me...something is wrong with me and he has no idea what to do or look for! I'm not saying I want anything wrong...but there has to be a reason for this pain right???? UGH frustrating!

However this weekend I bought a van! two years older than the one I had,but it is in great shape and only had 103,800 miles on it...not bad for a 1997..final price was $3306.07.....hell of a deal for my limited budget Wink

Hope everyone has had a great Memorial Day weekend!
