New to group, old to lupus

I have been taking Imuran for a little over a year now; it has made a tremendous difference. At times I have felt the need to prove to myself that the meds really do work. My body was angry for weeks. The only side effects I have had from the Imuran has been hair growth on my chin, so get some good tweezers and a high powerer mirror. Also, drink lots of water. It tends to dry you out. You want to keep your skin hydrated. These are small prices to pay to lessen your daily pain. Good luck. Keep me post if you don't mind.
