I take Mobic also. It would be a good thing for you to ask your rheumatologist about this drug. It's always worth a try. I know some people take Ibufrofen, 800mgs too. I take a combination of many drugs. I have chronic pain, mostly from Fibro though. You could call you doctor and let them know you're in so much pain. Then see if they'll give you some alternative over the phone, or go in to see him/her. Keep us informed on how you're doing.
