 I do not get blisters on my hands but the tips of the fingers get dry and crack.

 Yes. At this time, I have tiny little blisters that begin like tiny hard bumps and turn into blisters. These are, currently, on my left thumb in two different places and they are in clusters.

Don't know what causes this; and don't know if the problem I'm having with my shoulder in the same arm is connected (no pun intended), but I have to talk to my doc tomorrow. These are painful to the touch.

 yes......tiny red patches on fingers kinda where your rings would be...they itch too.........i get them atleast once or twice a year.

 I stopped wearing all jewelry because i thought this was the cause, maybe i was wrong.
