Well my husband had his doctor's appointment with the Rhemetologist today. She does not think he has rhemetoid arthritis and she doesn't think that he has lupus. She isn't sure if he has some kind of viral infections, migrating arthritis or an autoimmune disease.

She is putting him on a steroid for a week and next week he is to have some more blood tests 82607 Vitamin B-12/Folate, ESR, SPEP, CPK Total, Parvovirus B19, Heavy Metal Panel and UPEP.

He will go back to see the doctor on the 30th.

Well I am off to look up what all these tests are.

Sounds like you hit one of those dead ends until the new tests are done.. It's very discouraging I know from experience but hang in there they will figure it out. Prayers to you both.
