Last night was horrendous with vertigo. Before it started around 7 p.m. for a split second (I was reading) I couldn't see-hear and a fuzzy like some kind of electricity went through my head. It scared me. I didn't tell anyone. When I went to bed my head was hurting and than when I closed my eyes the room started spinning. I got up and almost fell down I had to hold on to the bed. I told my husband I was going in the other room because I knew it was going to be a long night. I feel real spacey right now. I had an MRI in February and it showed that in January I did have another brain bleed but it was smaller than the one I had in August of 07. I still think all this has to do with the bleed. I'm on 4 mgs. of prednisone right now and the doctor thought going down would help. According to the neurosurgeon I saw and my rheumatologist this brain bleed is due to lupus. So hopefully this won't happen again but I'm still having problems with my head. I think that its good your going in and having the MRI and maybe they can tell whats causing your vertigo.
