Well, I just had a second brain hemorrhage my first one was at the end of August. This one was more intense. I'm getting a little nervous and worried it will happen again and I was told there was nothing I could do to prevent this. I will see my rheumatologist in Feb. I was hoping in the meantime someone could help me out with this and give me some information regarding brain bleeds. Thanks

Eva

Hey Erica,

Thanks for responding. I've also been researching this as much as possible. It wasn't fun going through that and I don't want to experience it again. Unfortuantely It might happen again. Again, thanks for your help.

I see a nerologist to help with these issues. I had a stroke that affects my speech and at times my gait (walking). I worry about having another stroke, but I hope that it don't happen again.

Hi

I just saw my rheumatologist today and she wants me to see the neurosurgeon again. I saw him last October after my first brain bleed and he seemed to think that it was 99.9 percent it was lupus. My rheumatologist today said that she thinks that something else is going on besides the lupus. I'm now having a hard time hearing out of my right ear. So now I guess I'll wait until the neurosurgeon calls me. I'm sure he's going to want to do another MRA. I'm like you I worry another bleed is going to happen and I'm sure that doesn't help the situation. Maybe instead of us worrying we can e-mail if it gets to be too much to handle. Wishing you well.

Eva

well lupus sure has its own mind. I hope they will find the answer to the lupus sometimes. I worry about my won daughter cause she shows some symptoms. Glad your seeing the neorologist. I know when I see him he is a bit on the "strange" side talking (neuro stuff) his talk, but I can't complain.

My daughter starting having signs in June of last year. Some of her blood work came back "wonky". In September of last year she started stuttering and started complaining of headaches and eye problems. It almost sounded like MS symptoms to me. She saw a "quack" and now she's pregnant. Her baby doctor is on top of things and will be doing heavy duty testing after the baby is born. So far the baby is healthy. She is due in June. I think alot of doctors are on the strange side.
