Hey there,

I am new to the support group...I've had lupus, sjogrens and raynauds for about 4-5 years....I was just reading old entries about people with fatigue and its just amazing how everyone sounds so similar...Its terrible to say but i know some people think we are lazy because at times we look fine.....I was a somewhat active person...I live on a farm with horses so I'm always or was always doing something....I've had a bad flare-up the last two months and have been basically unable to move......I know my husband and his family must wonder because the house is a little messier and when I dont have rashes I look okay.....anyways I've heard alot about flaxseed benefits but does anyone know anything else to help cope with the fatigue???? I'll try anything..
