MDJunction to me

liamacker"The part of my recovery plan that I would say made up 80% is MDJ. I suffered a lot prior to finding MDJ, felt alone and had no one to talk to who really understood me. In the Bipolar Group I found like minded individuals who I could relate to and who offered support to me when I needed it. As I recovered, I could then offer support to them which gave me a good feeling about myself. I have met some great people here who I would class as good friends and know I would still be in the slump I was in without them. Now I am stable, I know that MDJ plays an important part in keeping me that way. Thank you MDJ for being there for us all and making us no longer feel alone." (liamacker)

[b]Hi I'm new here and I think I might have Lupus. I was diagnosed with RA but I have bad sun sensitivity. I've had the sun sensitivity my whole life along with other Lupus symptoms... Can't remember them right now. Very tired and foggy. Anyways I think I might be sick with an infection...but I don't know. I just feel awful...

Need a hug or something... I just want this sickness to end.

I don't define myself with my problems.
They are just hurdles in my life.
Love Always,
Annie

P.S: I am not a doctor. I just give advice. Please don't take my advice as medical advice, okay? :) Other than that, Muah! Love you!!!

Hi and welcome to this fantastic support site where you will meet some wonderful, caring and compassionate members that truly understand what your going through. I know what it feels like to always feel sick and sensitive to the sun and fluorescent lights, are you being tested right now for Lupus? Anytime you need to vent, cry or just to share or ask questions please feel free to post often. I wish you all the best.

Welcome to our group. They thought I had RA too, until the rash showed up, and the RA factor came back negative. We understand, and hope you'll come by often to let us know how you are doing.

I was also diagnosed with RA and was treated with that for two years and it so happened I was switching to a new Rheumy and I happened to have the discoid rash all over me....good thing that popped out right when I saw her....she asked if I was ever diagnosed with Lupus....at the time I had never heard of Lupus....she is still my Rheumy today.
