 Hi all,

sorry for joining and then disapearing again My flare has finally passed after a few courses of steroid injections and im feeling pretty good!

still having to test my blood glucose daily to see what happening there, but its becoming part of the routine now and not so painful.

So im back, ive come out of the other side again!

How is everyone else?
