Hi,

I really don't have a dizzy feeling very often. I hope you get better and find out what it can be. But I do have this hot feeling that comes within and out kind of like hot flashes. But I do not have hot flashes anymore been there done that a long time ago and that was not like this. I feel like my face goes red and I feel anxiety with it. I have to put a fan on when this happens and then it is gone it lasts for about 5mins or so may a little less. It happens about 1-2 times a day sometimes not everyday. Does anyone go through this and if so what do you do for it.

all of you have a good day.

Good morning, Lunaw9. Do you have a butterfly rash on your cheeks and across the bridge of your nose? This is typical for people with lupus. The burning sensation on your cheeks may be this. I have had this. I'm not sure how long you've had lupus? I usually remind new lupus patients not to get in the sun or in tanning beds ... I'm not sure where you are with lupus diagnosis. A cold clean cloth helps. What meds are you on? Prednisone?

I get dizzy sometimes, my doctor said that for me, it is Meniere's. My attacks can get very bad and totally wears me out. Here is a link abut it. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmedhealth/PMH0001721/

Hi Nurseblack,

I do have the rash across my nose but not so much. Mostly the neck and chest and arms legs at times. My skin is dark and patchy on my chin and neck chest area. I was diagnosed with lupus since 2001 but they keep going back and forth lupus sjogrens and with a biopsy of the skin lupus of the skin just this past year. I take Methotrexate just got off paquenil. I get cortzone shots every so often.

I'm an Advocate

I've had the dizzyness, and the world feeling like it's turning to the right. I don't know what it's from, but it just kind of stopped. My docs thought it was the Prednisone, and have been having me taper, when I can.
