I just wanted to wish all my lupie friends happy holidays. I know this can be a stressful time for "normal" people but can be really hard on us. Remember to take some time out for yourself and relax! I wish you all the best!

We had a great time! Although I'm paying for it now (I went to bed at 7 last night and didn't crawl out of bed until after 1 today). I'm hurting pretty bad but glad I made it through the week. My mom suprised us with a three night stay in a great hotel (I'm sure it helped that we had a soaking tub that I could have gone swimming in that I pretty much lived in when we were in the room). I hope you are feeling well and I wish you all the best in the new year!!

Hi Kaitlan,

I'm glad you had a good time but sad to hear that your hurting. I soak in my jaccuzzi tub every night. Its not very big but it sure does help with the joints, muscles and everything else. That was so sweet of your mom its just what you needed. Just be good to yourself.
