I have a question involving butterfly rashes. I have never had one on my face....but the top of my scalp get almost like road rash/scab on the top of my head when under a lot of stress and I always wondered if it had to do with the Lupus or not.

Years ago the Derm's always thought it was dandruff and presc'd all these shampoos and meds which NEVER worked. I now make and use homemade soap bars and added tea tree oil even. It appeared to be clearing up and when the stress came with the flares here it comes again. Is it possible to have it on your head? (or is it in my head?)
