 I haven't suffered hearing loss from Lupus. I do have hearing loss though. I am almost completely deaf in one ear and my 'good ear' as a call it, is partly deaf.

 I developed tumors in both my ears which causes loud ringing and alot of pain. I have noticed that my hearing is not as it used to be before the lupus. I have to have another MRI to see if the tumors have grown which can cause me to go completely deaf.
