Hi Gen. I feel the same way too, everyday, all day long. Pain, then rash, fatigue, exhaustion, swelling, dizziness, heart racing, palpitations etc....... I like your post today - it sounds like what Eyeore would say.

Gen, I'm definitely on the sick and tire of Lupus list. I can't seem to get ahead at all. It has only been 2 weeks since my bf left me and that pain has not subsided and has caused my depression to worsen and it seems all my symptoms. It is so hard to deal with all of it, but we all are and this support group sure helps. I hope everyone starts feeling better!

I'm an Advocate

I try to stay positive, but I too am sick and tired of being sick and tired. By golly though, when the doc told me my life expectency is shortened because of the heart involvement and problems from the lupus, I added to my bucket list and am doing my best to start doing everything that I would like to do. We just book a 7 day cruise with a bunch of friends here in Florida. There are 8 couples going so far. It should be a blast, and they did not have any interior (cheaper rooms) so they bumped us up to balcony rooms. What a nice treat!! I am looking forward to a great time. I'll need my down time, but that's okay. I can deal with that.

Hugs to all~

Christine

Hi Gen, I am so sorry you are not feeling well. I have those days too. I am here for you and know exactly how you feel. I know it gets hard to deal with at times, but the truth is that this is only making us better people. Look how much more we care about all the little things.

Sorry Gen that you're feeling so bad! I can relate. It seems like all of us are having it pretty rough at the present time. Maybe it's in the air. Sad I'll be praying that you get some relief very soon. I'm definitely on the sick and tired of being sick and tired list.

Kris, you're right - we will all fight together!! Well said!!

Christine, I'm so happy for you. A cruise is wonderful. My husband and I went on one last year. Just remember to pace yourself. There is A LOT to do on a cruise and can easily tire you out. Wink
