Silly me, right? So, yesterday I slipped going down the stairs and banged my head on a big plant vase at the bottom. I was all alone and I blacked out. My parents were on vacation and I my only friend that I have didn't answer. So I walked to the ER. Ended up being just a concussion. When my parents got home they came and kidnapped me pretty much, so I'm at their house now. I have a huge bruise, I will try to attach the picture. I had to text Drew and ask him to go check on the dogs while I was at the hospital. Which he did of course. He kept texting me all concerned because he still 'cares'. I don't see what right he has to know now though? He lost that right when he walked out on me. He says such confusing things. I told him I didn't want to talk to or text, etc him for 2 weeks. He needs to see what it is like to have me completely out of his life. Maybe he will grow up, most likely not. But, it is too hard on me to communicate with him now because it makes me so sad and miss him more. So, I will need a lot of strength these next 2 weeks not to contact him!

Thanks for reading,

Amy

Amy I am so sorry! You poor thing, I hope you are ok now and didn't send yourself into a huge flare from the falk but knowing our fragile bodies the hope of that is slim but I will be praying for you that you recover quickly. That is so wonderful that you have such supportive parents. I am so sorry to hear about you and Drew, I must have missed that one along the way. That is terrible! I hope things work out in the long run if that is what you want. If it is meant to be it will be. Wink. Take care of yourself. Lots of big gentle hugs and many blessings, Stacey Smile

Amy, I'm sorry to hear about the fall and hope that you won't have too much of a concussion. If I were your parents, I would kidnap you too! Too much stress for a single lupie to endure - I hope that you would not flared. I wish you well, and send you prayers & best wishes that everything will work out.

Big Hugs

Thank you for all your words of kindness. You all take such good care of me. This is definitely my biggest time of need. It is only one day of not communicating with him and it is already killing me, he is still all that I can think of. All I want to do is sleep all the time these last couple days. I guess that is what my body needs. I know this is a Lupus group not a relationship forum so I appreciate all of your support despite that.

Thanks,

Amy

Amy......turn your phone off and get a good night's sleep. In fact, sleep Sunday away too. That bump looks painful. With a head injury you should have called 911 (I bet your mom said the same thing Smile )
