MDJunction to me

fluffyluggage"I found MDJunction at a time when I was struggling with so much. I
was so sick. I found a home, a place where people understood me, when
even my family doubted me. In MDJ, I found a place of refuge, love,
and support. I come here daily, to find my balance, to cope, and to
find that same support I've found from day 1. MDJ is my new family.
The friends I've made here will remain with me for a lifetime.

Heidi~

It is so very cold here! It was sunny this morning and most of afternoon and in the 50's so was out in capris and short sleeve shirt. When the sun was going down, the temp dropped and it is so very cold. Not helping the joint pain much, but it is better than the 4-9 degrees in Michigan with snow yesterday and more coming in the next few days. Poor hubby will have to go home to that on Sunday while I stay here in temporary cold in Florida.

I am soooooo excited to talk to you girls again. I didn't think I would get internet this soon. Telephone down here should be hooked up by tomorrow. They said by 6 pm tomorrow and last time I checked, it was not on yet.

Eva~

I will not over do Eva. I did not go to dominoes tonight because I am so exhausted from the trip. Even though all I did was sit and then get out every two hours to walk around as the cardiologist recommended or should I say ordered).

Marie~

Thanks for the wish for good luck with the cardiac rehab. I didn't go today. I was a bad girl, I was tooo tired. The trip always wears me out and I need some time to recuperate. I should have known better than to schedule cardiac rehab right away. This trip always take a lot out of me. Also did not go to Domino club tonight because I was too tired and fell asleep for quite awhile.I was kind of bummed I didn't go because I would have gotten to see a lot of girlfriends at one time, but I was just too tired. I will try to get out tomorrow and see them all for a few minutes.

Talk to all of you soon.

Lots of love,

Christine

Christine,

So glad you made it safely down to Flo. praying hubby has a safe trip home as we are having snow up here North and varying amounts ........ Don't be apologizing for not going to, and doing things you wanted to do, YOU JUST GOT OUT OF HOSPITAL LESS THAN WHAT 2 1/2 WEEKS AGO. I think you need to just rest,, rest, rest, at least for your first to 2nd week in Flo. The trip alone for someone with fibro and lupus was enough to set in to a nasty flare let alone with your heart stents.....just don't push to quick, plenty of time for fun after resting......

Blessings and Love,

Debi

Christine, very glad you made it to Florida safely. I'm surprised it is so cold there? I thought is was supposed to be warm in winter? It got down to freezing last night here. I do hope you take it easy with all the unpacking and seeing friends. Make sure you get plenty of rest, especially this soon after surgery!

Rest well and have fun!
