Hi! I have found the pure Rose Hip Oil works far better than anything the Doc has given me. Put it on 3-4 times a day and the sores heal quickly and itch less often. Follow with pure Vitamin E oil for the scaring. I also take Burdock Root, 4 capsules a day. I get mine from Leaves and Roots..http://www.leavesandroots.com/ The people that run this are very sweet, knowledgable and trustworthy. At least this is the vibe I get from them. My routine of Rose Hip Oil, Vitamin E oil and Burdock root has not "cured" the lichen planus, but it sure has managed it far better than the steriods the doctors recommended! |
