 Hello, I have never been in a chat room or a support group- but I thought I would give it a try. I have had lichin planus for quite awhile- and the Dr.s just thought it was menopausal issues. I finally had a punch biopsy. Dealing with a lot of scar tissue! Using a cortisone cream 2 x a week. I like your ideas of Salt Water- going to a NC Beach in September!
