hello my name is mary and i have just been diagnosed with lichen planus. I am 23 years old and have had this disease for about 8 years and have just recently within the last year been undergoing treatment . I had a pretty bad case of it , because my parents couldn't afford to take me to the hospital so i had it on both legs and eventually spread to the ankles and feet . I am proud to say that for the last year my legs ankles and feet are better but their is so much scarring . I am terrified of it coming back to that area is has now started to move on my scalp , but i have started treatment right away , so i don't go through that pain and embarrasment and misery again. |
