Even though I have been prescribed Flixonase as a mouthwash, (which I have stopped using), oral lichen planus seems to have calmed down. Apply 2 to 3 times a day. Have to keep it up otherwise it can regress, seems to be more of a natural itch suppressant rather than a cure. Good luck.
