 Hi everyone, I'm Amy and I'm lactose intolerant. I found this out today. After drinking a Slim-Fast shake, I had an unpleasant GI symptom, called the doc on call and she said to eliminate lactose products and acidic products for my GERD. It's kind of frustrating trying to figure out what I can and cannot eat but I have a guide that my doctor's office gave me.

How are all of you?

 How are you doing? Do you feel any better since following the diet. Have you read any books on lactose intollerce? Reading books was big help for me. I hope you are feeling better, Amy. Let talk.
