 I HAVE A VERY SERIOUS PLOBLEM W STEALING THINGS FROM WHERE EVER POSSIBLE!!! i.e. loved ones stores work IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN CONTROL THESE URGES AND GET HELP?

 i have the same problem i steal from work and have stole from a loved one. i tell myself i know its wrong but i do it anyways. i want to know is there anyways to take those negative urges and put it towards something positive?
