Hello in new! And i really need help!

I have never done anything like this for myself before. (I've been through support groups for support of loved ones, but never as the person with the addiction!) I steal and it took being caught three times, to realize that I have a problem. That was only after I HAD to let everyone in on my little personal secret. I just know that I really need and want help! Any suggestions on what steps that I need to take to heal my mind and soul?
