Hello all, I have suffered from chronic kidney stones for 35 years, they hit my father, all 8 aunt's and uncles my grand parents and maybe back futher so I guess it run pretty darn hard in my family.

I have had all the medabolic tests and

mine are the calcium phosphate kidney stones.

I pass the small ones 6-20 per month, have had really big stones passed one the size of a kidney bean when I a pregnant with my yougest daughter

The Doctors said that was impossiblein normal circumsatnces but because I was 9 mo pregnant it finally passed right in the hospital (I think it was because I was too scared to have kidney surgery at 9 mo pregnant so I got it out)my Dr took it on "tour" to other hospitals he was so proud and amazed I had passed it

I was just glad to get it out........

have had the lithotripsy not a good experince they gave me to much and it caused a hematoma on my kidney.

Last May I had large 3x2 inches stagerhorn stone removed with the kind of surgery where the go in through you back and take it out

I think it is comming back again, but I have not been able to get to the Doctor since I have been to ill with all my other medical conditions to even drive.

Bella
