Hi Countrygirl. My name is Pamela. My son is 22, almost 23 and was just finally diagnosed after having temp blind spells that would last from 15 minutes to 2-3 hours for the last 8 years. The Dr said it was genetic, and from what we have found it is through my ex (his bio dad) side of the family. I can understand how you feel. I can't say I know, as I don't have it, but I know as a Mother of a child with it how devastating it was when he told me what they found. I was told to check into the Mayo Clinic and see if they have any information on it. I will post on here and let you know if I find anything. I will keep you in my prayers. |
