 Well I thought I would introduce myself. I am 25 years old, live in Ohio and I have been living with IBS since I was 17. It's been rough for quite a few years but I have been dealing with it. My symptoms seem to get worse when I get nervous or upset over something. Some foods I have to avoid because of it too. Well I hope to talk to someone soon.
