Dear Marynibeach,

Welcome to the group!

I have severe abdominal pain...the pain is all over my abdomen. I was diagnosed several years ago and have yet to identify any triggers what so ever. I sometimes put a heating pad on my abdomen and every once in a great while it will relieve the pain a little. But for the most part I don't know what causes the pain and still don't know how to deal with the pain. I've discussed it with my gastro doctor and he says we may never know.

I hope you can find what your triggers are and how to deal with the pain.

Wishing you pain free days and nights.

Hugs,

Kathleen
