I've been bragging that my IBS is almost gone. Back when it was bad, I thought I had a milk allergy because it acted up each time I had dairy. Now that I'm better, I've been having diary with no ill effects. Today I had Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream (no sugar added). Then here came the old symptoms again. I just can't figure it out. Any ideas why this happened again?

Hi Violett,

All I can think of is the chocolate and the ice cream are both documented triggers for IBS.

Hope you'll get pass this episode soon!

Many hugs my friend,

Kathleen
