Oh my gosh! I ate several carmel corn rice cakes yesterday and last night, I was up and down all night!  It was horrible! ) (worse than I'm going to admit to). )! I won't do that again! Evidently there is something in the caramel flavor that disagrees with me. I know that some caramel flavor is made with wheat-based ingredients. Since I am gluten-free, I'm blaming that. I guess Larry will have to eat the rest of the package. I'm not touching them with a 10-foot pole!
