Well here is a bit about me. I have Crohn's which complicates my life. It is difficult for me to find a job that provides me with my physical needs. I have just moved from Florida to Idaho and have yet to a new working arrangement. My typical night is filled with my mind racing with stress of the past, present or worries of what to do next. I tried lunesta but couldn't afford it. When I take Tylenol pm I feel groggy and some times just stay up later. From time to time I just down the good old nitequil or take to much xanax. The one suggestion my Doc had was Benadryl, once again works so so. I think I f I could just find work where my Crohn's didn't interfere I may worry less about how I am going to make next months rent and just slowly weed out my overactive thoughts at night. Well that a brief look at my life at the moment and I just wanted to say Hi since I was up.  |
