Hello, I'm elaina and I have insomnia along with my 24/7 headaches that i've had since 10 months ago. i can't go to sleep unless I take melatonin and Tylenol PM and I have to listen to music. i roll and twist and turn so it's miserable, and I also can't sleep if it's too warm or cold. I live in NH so cold/hot nights are frequent and it's hard. Once I finally do get myself to sleep after winding down a bit by reading, I can't stay asleep. I share a room with my little brother so anytime he coughs or moves I wake up and anytime our 4 cats make a noise I'm instantly awake, so i can try to fall back to sleep again. Any ideas anyone? Not sleeping well hurts my head more so it's important I sleep well.
