I have had 2 c-sections and a partial hysterectomy. I've noticed since then (hysterectomy was 2 years ago) that my front has really slid "south".

Does anyone have any advice for firming up or am I cursed?

Also, when I have exercised I end up with pain on the left side.

Ugh!

Shannon

Hi Shannon ... ugh! is right! I have the same problem with an extra "shelf". I had a c-section also (years ago) & my complete hysterectomy last November ... they cut thru the previous c-sec. scar which starts at the belly button down. When I walk I have pain in my right side! Supposedly there's nothing there .... you might be feeling your colon? Good luck to you.
I'm an 8/yr survivor of breast cancer ... my precious husband of 25 yrs died a year ago from kidney cancer mets to lungs ... I suffer from depression, panic attacks, anxiety, liver disease, thyroid disease, & diabetes (borderline).
