Hypothyroidism Support Group

Does anyone else have this skin condition? I just find out I might. I have to go for a biopsy next week. I've read people with thryoid problems are prone to this?

Scary right now it can develop into cancer.

I have heard of this skin condition but never knew it could become cancerous nor that it is associated with thyroid conditions.

I will keep you in prayers that it is not serious.

We with us with hypo do have certain skin conditions. Dry skin can lead to other skin problems if not taken care of immediately. Must be recognized and the proper steps to be taken on order to cure it.

Thanks Scott If that's what I have it was caught very early. I'll keep you posted.

Not a problem that's what im here for to share me experiences with hypo so everyone can know what to expect in the future instead of it being a surprise. I still today learn about things everyday. And pass it on to others here. You are not alone at all.
