For years now, I have always worried that the smallest pain was something more than it really was, but for the last few months it has been constant and it is stopping me from living a normal life. Every day, there is always something I worry about, like today and yesterday I've had this weird pain in my head that I can't stop focusing on. A few months ago I even worried that I had meningitis, MS, and a brain tumor Dizzy

Although I realize that I am worrying too much, I can't seem to convince myself that I am fine when I'm worried about something. I was hoping I could get some advice or at least hear from someone who is going through this.
